Raw Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cup Cakes

Magical Ingredients:

For the base and the top
150g dark chocolate, melted
2 tbsp organic coconut oil, melted

For the raw dough
1 cup peanuts (or almonds), blended to flour
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or oats), blended to flour
1/4 cup organic coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the caramel filling
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
Pinch of salt
2 tsp nutra organics pink velvet latte powder, or alternative beetroot powder

What To Do:

1. Combine the ingredients for each layer
2. Layer in the order of: base, raw dough, caramel filling, top, placing in freezer for about 10 minutes between layers.
