Strawberries and Coconut Tart

Magical ingredients:

Base:
1 1\4 cups pecans
4-5 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 min)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1\8 tsp sea salt

What to do:

Base:
1. First add the pecans to the food processor and process a little till roghly copped.
2. Add all the rest of the ingredient and process together till it becomes a sticky dough.
3. Press to the pan and put in the fridge while making the filling.

Magical ingredients:

Filling:

1 cup cashew (soaked overnight)
100 g fresh strawberries
2 tbsp coconut nectar
1\2 lime juice+ rind
2 tbsp coconut cream

What to do:

Filling:
1. Blend all the filling ingredients together untill they're smooth.
2. Pour the mixture on top of the base and put in the freezer for 4 hrs or overnight.
3. Take it out 20 min before serving.

Top with fresh strawberries and coconut!
