Raw Coconut Pineapple Sorbet

This impressive dessert is so delicious it is hard to believe that it does not contain sugar.To make it you will need a blender, a juicer and an ice cream maker.


  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into spears
  • 1 tblsp coconut flower nectar
  • 1 tespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tblsp virgin coconut oil

What to do:

Run the pineapple through a juicer . Reserve all of the juice and 1/3 cup of the pulp.

Place enough of the pineapple juice in the cup with the coconut milk to make 3 cups of liquid. If you do not have enough, add a little filtered water.

Place the liquid mixture in a blender with the remaining ingredients, except for the pulp, and blend. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, add the pulp and process according to directions until frozen.
