Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate what more can I say? Made raw this incredible treat has the goodness of raw cacao (high antioxidant, calcium, potassium) as well as the healthy fats and vitamins of fresh avocado and other super foods.
What to do:
In a high speed blender, process all ingredients, adding water as necessary until you have created the desired texture. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Raw cacao is high in antioxidants and contains essential vitamins and minerals. It is known to improve brain function, quell headaches and even promote heart health. Raw cacao can even aid weightloss!
Garnish with fresh berries or raw cacao nibs.
