Simple Raw Chocolate

Magic Ingredients:

4-5 tblsp raw cacao powder

4-5 blsp coconut oil

1 pinch of pink salt

3 tblsp coconut flower nectar

1 pinch of vanilla essence

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

What to do:

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Create pieces by placing chocolate mixture in a tray. Cover the tray and put it into the fridge or freezer. The coconut oil with solidify and voila, you now have deliciously healthy chocolate chunks. Kept in the fridge these will last for up to 2 weeks. Love and enjoy!

Notes and Options:

Add some raw cacao nibs for a hint of crunchie chocolate.


The secret to good chocolate is raw coconut oil. Here we have the base of a simple and healthy chocolate recipe. You can also add nuts, seeds, or goji berries for some crunch and even more nutrients. One drop of food grade orange essential oil, or peppermint oil to create some variety in flavour.
