Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:

Organic sweet potato

4 tbls coconut oil

Himalayan sea salt

What to do:

Peel and chop sweet potato into chip like pieces. Heat coconut oil in a shallow fry pan. Place the chips inside the hot oil and cook until crisp. Once potato is crspy remove from the fry pan place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.

You can dip sweet potato chips into raw hummus or avocado salsa as a snack or side dish with a lovely garden salad.
