Coconut Bread

Magic Ingredients:

5 tblsp coconut flour

1 tblsp spelt or buckwheat flour

1/2 cup filtered water

4 tblsp Coconut Magic coconut oil

1 pinch of natural sea salt

1 teaspoon of baking soda (aluminium free)

2 tblsp Coconut Magic coconut flower nectar

1 & 1/2 tblsp dessicated coconut flakes

3 tblsp chia seeds soaked in 1 cup of water to make gel

What to do:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix together thouroughly. You can blend in a blender or food processor. Place in a baking tray coated in coconut oil. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until bread is cooked and golden brown.

Suggestions:

Coconut bread can be eaten with any of your favourite toppings including coconut oil! It is nice to have with a warm herbal tea, or fresh juice, or a berry smoothie.
