Liver Flush

Ingredients:

Fresh orange juice 1 cup

Lime juice 1 tablespoon

Garlic 1 clove

Ginger 1 clove

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Cayenne pepper 1/5 teaspoon

What to do:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for about 1 minute. If you like more of a bite, you can add more garlic and ginger.

Ginger and garlic have very good natural anti viral and anti inflammatory proeprties, helping to build immune system.

This drink tastes surprisingly good and refreshing.
