Green Pina Colada Smoothie

1 x large bunch of fresh greens
1/4 fresh pineapple (chopped into small pieces)
1 x lime (peeled)
1 x large banana
A few fresh leaves of mint
2 x tablespoons of Coconut Magic coconut oil
2 cups of ice cold filtered water or you can add ice to chill.
What To Do
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
The lime adds a beautiful zest, and even more alkalinity to the mix. The pineapple is deliciously tropical and sweet.
