Raw Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup cashew nuts (soaked for minimum 2 hours)

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup parsley

1 cup sweet basil leaf

1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tblsp Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp sea salt

What to do:

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Use as a dip with fresh vegetables, or mix with pasta as a fresh pesto sauce. Decorate with sliced cherry tomato or bell peppers.
