Creamy Vegan Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise that tastes so good! Made with pure whole food ingredients, also a great source of fat.

I am so excited about this recipe because mayonnaise goes well with so many foods, and now we have a raw vegan version, that is creamy and delicious and good for you too.


¼ cup filtered water
¼ cup virgin coconut oil
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup raw cauliflower
1 ¼ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon coconut nectar
1 teaspoon coconut vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon pink salt or to taste

What to do:

Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend for approximately one minute, or until smooth and creamy
