See Detox Garden Salad recipe
- 1 packet firm organic tofu
- 2 tblsp Coconut Magic coconut oil
- 1 tblsp tamari sauce
What to do:
Slice tofu into thin strips.
Gently heat coconut oil in frypan. Add tofu to the fry pan, cook both sides until light brown.
Just before removing the tofu from the fry pan drizzle tamari sauce over the top.
You can place the cooked tofu in slices on top of the salad, or chop the tofu into smaller pieces and mix it in with the salad.
